Self-taught developer who thrives where creativity meets complex logic.
I'm based in the Kansas City metro area with a passion for building intuitive applications that solve real-world problems. My path into software started where it does for a lot of developers — video games. Growing up playing games sparked a curiosity about computers that eventually led me to programming.
My superpower is finding a way to make things work — whether that means picking up a new language, diving into unfamiliar tooling, or working through a problem until it clicks. The world is full of problems worth solving, and I love being the person who figures out how.
I hold a post-graduate certificate in Geographic Information Science from Northwest Missouri State and completed LaunchCode's full-stack web development program, where I built a foundation across JavaScript, Java, Angular, and Spring Boot. Since then I've never stopped learning. Lately that's meant going deeper into cybersecurity — I love to nerd out at SecKC, Kansas City's hacker hive, and picking apart how systems break.
When I'm not coding you'll find me watching movies, reading a good book, playing video games, or cooking something new.
